After just recently being introduced to Jahshua Smith and his artistry, I couldn’t help but wait to see how his album was going to turn out. So, as anyone else should be, I’m extremely excited and curious to check out the Detroit native’s latest album, The Final Season, consisting of 15 original cuts featuring Joe Hertler, Yellokake, Mic Write and more. “Censored” and “Say The Words” tackle issues such as systematic racism and sexual abuse, while carefree songs like “Butt” and “Carry On” brim with carefree energy.
